When Will My Order Ship?

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day. If you order on the weekend the order ships Monday morning

How Long Does Shipping Take?

You will receive your tracking information within 24 hours, with some exceptions on the weekend. Shipping times vary but you will generally receive your order within 3 business days, with orders rarely taking longer than 5 business days. If you feel your order is taking too long, please email us at sales@vapeperfect.com.

How Do I Cancel An Order?

We are only able to cancel orders within the first 12 hours after the order is placed. After that the order has most likely been processed and is preparing for shipment or has been shipped. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we pride ourselves on prompt service and this includes getting your orders out as fast as possible.

What Is Your Return Policy?

If there’s something wrong with your order (defective product, incorrect order, damaged order etc.), please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order and we’ll be happy to assist you. Please do not return anything before we review the order, our customer service team will review the request and will send further instructions.

Items returned undamaged may be subject to a 15% restocking fee

* E-liquid or juice cannot be returned due to legal reasons, which includes any part of a device that has come in contact with nicotine containing liquid.

How does the “Vape Perfect Guarantee” work?

If you aren’t happy with the vape you picked out and want to swap it out for another, contact us within 14 days of placing your order at sales@vapeperfect.com, and we will provide return instructions and a store credit for the amount of the return. The “Vape Perfect Guarantee” is not applicable to eliquid, juice, pods or accessories.

If you found a better price on a vape, contact us within 14 days of placing your order at sales@vapeperfect.com and we will ask you to provide the web address of the competing shop with a better price for verification. We will refund the difference to your original method of payment within 14 days. Please note, that while we will refund your card much sooner than that, any waiting period after we process the refund will vary bank to bank. We are not responsible for methods of payment that you may no longer have access to, such as a gift card. The “Vape Perfect Guarantee” is not applicable to eliquid, juice, pods or accessories.

Can I use Nicotine Salts in a sub-ohm or high powered device?

No, Nicotine Salts can only be used in low power devices. We recommend that you purchase both the vape and juice from us to ensure safe compatibility.
